  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Glorious Green Smoothie via Byrdie

Ingredients:

  • 2 stalks of kale (leaves only)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 banana
  • Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 handful ice cubes
